Rebecca McLean has been working in the health care industry since 1974, originally in occupational therapy. She then branched out to develop and implement wellness programming for schools and corporations as well as multi-disciplinary medical programming for hospitals and medical practices. Rebecca co-founded Health Action Clinic in 1983, with a team of health care practitioners, consultants and trainers in integrative and complementary medicine.
Rebecca is the originator of the Circle of Life process and the author the Facilitators Training Manual with Roger Jahnke. She is the key trainer in the Circle of Life national facilitator certification program and presents at conferences throughout the U.S. Her Circle of Life is a revelation of the power of circles, and has been implemented in hospitals, clinics, community centers, schools, churches, social agencies, universities, wellness programs, and even prisons.
In health care Rebecca facilitated diagnostic groups including cancer, HIV, chronic fatigue, MS, and diabetes. She has facilitated numerous life coaching groups as well as hundreds of individuals, seeking health, transformation, fulfillment and joy.

Roger Jahnke, a consultant in the re-design of functional systems for business and health care, author and lecturer, is the co-founder and president of Health Action. He has developed and implemented strategies for productivity, performance and quality enhancement for hospitals, corporations and social service agencies based in cutting wasted medical costs, enhancing profitability and building market share and customer satisfaction.
Roger has presented at many of the most influential conferences on medicine, consumer driven health care, wellness, health promotion, productivity enhancement and corporate strategy including the American Medical Association, American Hospital Association, American College of Heathcare Executives, National Wellness Institute, VHA, Catholic Healthcare Association, etc. The most effective of the programs that Health Action utilizes in assisting organizations and institutions to leverage short and long term progress is the Circle of Life. Roger's clients implement the Circle of Life program (sometimes called the PHASES program) to launch participants into purposeful and sustainable personal improvement, in any setting from health promotion and complementary medicine in the health care arena to team building and business maximization in corporations.
